Allegations
Whilst registered as a social worker, between December 2019 and January 2021, on one or more occasions:
1. You failed to safeguard service users in that you:
a. Did not adequately assess and/or manage risk in one or more cases as set out in Schedule A;
b. Did not assess risk in a timely manner in one or more cases as set out in Schedule B;
c. Did not provide sufficient detail in risk assessments or case notes relating to risk in one or more cases as set out in Schedule C.
2. You failed to follow directions and/or instructions from management in one or more cases as set out in Schedule D.
3. The matters set out at paragraphs 1 and/or 2 above amount to the statutory ground of lack of competency or capability.
4. Your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your lack of competency or capability.
