Hearings and decisions

Whilst registered as a Social Worker you:

1. Failed to complete required work or expected visits within appropriate timescales and/or at all including on one or more occasion listed in Schedule 1;

2. Failed to maintain full and accurate case records including on one or more occasions listed in Schedule 2;

3. Failed to appropriately recognise and respond to risk including on one or more occasions listed in Schedule 3;

Your conduct in 1 to 3 above amounts to the statutory ground of lack of competence or capability.

Your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your lack of competence / capability.
