Whilst registered as a social worker:-
1. During your employment with Blackburn with Darwen Council (“the Council”), you did not undertake Lateral Flow testing:
a. in accordance with the Council’s expectation and/or policy from around May 2021;
b. after you had informed your Manager that you would do so on or before 7 July 2021.
2. Your conduct with respect to paragraph 1b above was dishonest.
The matters outlined at paragraphs 1 and 2 above amount to the statutory ground of misconduct.
Your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct.
