Allegations
Whilst registered as a social worker:
1. Between 10 September 2020 and 4 May 2021, you:
(a) Failed to complete care plans in a timely manner in respect of one or more of the following children:
(i) Child A and/or
(ii) Child B
(b) Failed to complete a pathway plan for Child C;
(c) Failed to complete a Family and Child Assessment for Child E.
2. Between 10 September 2019 and 29 April 2021, you failed to complete case notes which were adequately detailed and/or within the timeframes required in respect of one or more of the following:
(a) Child C and/or
(b) Child D and/or
(c) Child E.
3. Between 10 September 2019 and 29 April 2021, you did not complete visits within the timeframes required in respect of one or more of the following:
(a) Child B and/or
(b) Child C and/or
(c) Child D and/or
(d) Child E.
The matters outlined at 1 to 3 above amount to the statutory ground of lack of competence or capability.
