Hearings and decisions

Whilst registered as a social worker, you:

1. On one or more occasions, including on 31 October 2018, took post, or attempted to take post, addressed to Person A from their mailbox;

2. Intended to use the details obtained from post addressed to Person A to apply for credit cards in their name;

3. On one or more occasions, applied for and / or obtained credit cards and / or current accounts using Person A's details, without their knowledge or consent, including those set out in Schedule A;

4. Used credit cards obtained in Person A's name to make purchases and / or transactions, including those set out in Schedule B, without Person A's knowledge or consent.

5. Your actions at paragraphs 1 and/ or 2 and/ or 3 and/ or 4 above were dishonest

The matters outlined in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, and/or 5 above amount to the statutory ground of misconduct.

Your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct.

c) A HSBC Credit card with the last four digits 1722;

d) A platinum bank card from Barclaycard with the last four digits 9006;

e) A NatWest facility.
