While registered a Social Worker between around 20 January 2021 and 5 February 2021 you:

1.    Inappropriately disclosed to an alleged perpetrator of domestic and sexual abuse that he was under investigation by the police;

2.    Did not communicate appropriately with Person A

 

The conduct at paragraphs 1 – 2, above, amounts to misconduct.
