Whilst registered as a Social Worker, employed as an Agency Social Worker by Jersey Children’s Social Care Service, between July and October 2021 you:
1. Did not maintain professional boundaries with Service User A and/or Service B in that you:
1.1. Discussed with Service User A and Service User B your activity and conversations on Tinder.
1.2. Discussed with Service User A and Service User B what you should wear, changed your manner of dress following their advice and drew attention to that fact.
The actions outlined at paragraph 1 amount to the statutory ground of misconduct.
As a result of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
