By order of the High Court on 1 July 2025, following an appeal by the Professional Standards Authority, the decision of the adjudicators made at the final hearing on 23 September 2024 was quashed and remitted to the adjudicators for another determination on sanction. The adjudicators subsequently determined to impose a removal order.

The final order made by the panel will come into effect and will be recorded on the register on the expiry of the 28 day appeal period or on conclusion of any appeal which is made, whichever is later. The panel also imposed an interim suspension order to cover the appeal period.
