Allegations
Whilst registered as a social worker,
1. On 10 December 2021, during an out of work social event that you attended with colleagues, you:-
a) Acted towards Person A in a manner which was unwanted and/or inappropriate and/or sexually motivated, in that you
i. touched Person A on her waist;
ii. caused and/or allowed your crotch to touch Person A’s bottom;
iii. Further to the conduct alleged at 1(a)(i) and (ii) above touched Person A’s bottom;
iv. kissed Person A on the cheek;
b) Acted towards Person B in a manner which was unwanted and/or inappropriate, in that you touched them on their thigh.
Your conduct at paragraph 1 amount to the statutory ground of misconduct.
Your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of your misconduct.
