By order of the High Court on 30 November 2022, following an appeal by the Professional Standards Authority, the decision of the adjudicators made at the final hearing on 11 April 2022 was quashed and remitted to the adjudicators for another determination on facts, grounds and misconduct. The adjudicators subsequently determined to impose a removal order.

The final order made by the panel will come into effect and will be recorded on the register on the expiry of the 28 day appeal period or on conclusion of any appeal which is made, whichever is later. The panel also imposed an interim suspension order to cover the appeal period.
