Carrie Blackwood
Carrie is a children's social worker and a practice educator in Sheffield. Carrie’s experience is in child protection and she now works in the connected persons team, working with kinship carers.
John Puentener
John brings lived and learned experience from social care and his role as a magistrate, alongside studying social work. He has experience supporting children, adults, and older people, and is committed to constructive challenge, co-production, and improving how services are delivered.
Saffron Mae Boldoza
Saffron brings lived experience of social services, mental health challenges, and neurodiversity to the forum. She has contributed to co-production projects with charities, advisory groups, and in research and webinars, sharing insights to improve services and policy.
Vanessa Stocks
Vanessa bring lived and learned experience to the forum. She is a student of social work with a keen interest in the theoretical development of social work. She offers a strong commitment to improving practice and professional regulation to the forum.
Angie Bartoli
Angie Bartoli is a registered social worker with extensive experience in safeguarding, supervision, management, and social work in disaster contexts across both statutory and voluntary sectors. She is now an associate professor specialising in social work and student voice, bringing practice informed expertise into higher education.
Jubilee Chikosi
Jubilee qualified as a social worker in 2007. She is currently a registered manager for a fostering agency and is also a practice educator.
Lisa Davies
Lisa has cerebral palsy and uses a powerchair for mobility. She has been undertaking service user involvement since 2009. She teaches health and social care students based on her lived experience. Lisa's lived experience compels her to make society more equal for herself and others.
