Sarah is a practice educator and social worker at a children’s hospice in the midlands.
India Edwards
India qualified as a social worker in 2022, and currently works within adult mental health services at a local authority.
Andy Hyde
Andy manages a young persons and adults disability social work team for a West Midlands based local authority.
Heather Morgan
Heather is the social work lead for Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
John Puentener
John brings lived and learned experience from social care and his role as a magistrate, alongside studying social work. He has experience supporting children, adults, and older people, and is committed to constructive challenge, co-production, and improving how services are delivered.
Saffron Mae Boldoza
Saffron brings lived experience of social services, mental health challenges, and neurodiversity to the forum. She has contributed to co-production projects with charities, advisory groups, and in research and webinars, sharing insights to improve services and policy.
Cathy West
Cathy is an expert by experience and carer. She works as a critical friend to various higher education programmes, including social work, to share her knowledge and insights.
Vanessa Stocks
Vanessa bring lived and learned experience to the forum. She is a student of social work with a keen interest in the theoretical development of social work. She offers a strong commitment to improving practice and professional regulation to the forum.
