Human rights based practice in social work

This session will focus on the key role that social workers play in upholding and safeguarding human rights.
It will be co-delivered by the British Association of Social Workers (BASW) with social workers and people with lived experience. It will cover principles and best practice around upholding human rights, drawing attention to the relevant professional standards and to resources which can help support human rights based practice.
