Our values and behaviours are important to us. They shape and steer our interactions with each other and with everyone that we encounter, both internally and externally.

Our values and behaviours were developed together with our staff. We’re proud of them and what they mean to us as an employer and a specialist regulator. Our behaviour framework helps us live and breathe each one of our values. There are 2 behaviours linked to each one of our values as shown below.
