Tricia Keating

Tricia has over 25 years experience working in the areas of safeguarding children and cared for children, both as a social worker and team manager.  

Tricia’s current role involves oversight of family court work, supporting social workers and senior managers to improve performance.      

Tricia’s personal childhood experience of living in Local Authority care has shaped her strong passion to support children and their families to improve their lives and overcome challenges. She is also a mentor volunteer for a student social worker who has lived experiences and a care experienced young person.
